Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Boden items, but if something isn't quite right, you have 28 days from receipt to return it for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place your items in the original packaging or a sturdy mailer, ensuring you include the packing slip provided in the portal.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely fix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off location and keep your receipt to track your return until it reaches our warehouse.
